SHIPPING CHARGES AND RETURNS
All Goods
are supplied on 10 days approval against pre-payment. If you are not satisfied
for any reason, they may be returned for a refund or replacement. However, the postage and packing charges will
only be refunded if the goods are not as described or are faulty in some way.
Postage and
packing charges are added to each order placed on the website. Should you wish
to add to, or change an order already placed, please telephone us immediately
on 01535272754.
Most orders
are despatched by Royal Mail, although some heavy shipments may be sent by a
courier service such as Federal Express. We do not use Recorded Delivery, as
many years of experience have shown that this offers no extra security and
draws attention to a packet, increasing the risk of loss during transit.
UK ORDERS
Our minimum
postage and packing charge is £2.50. This covers packets up to 1 kilogram in
weight, and a replacement value, if it should be lost, of up to £80.00.
Postage for
heavier shipments between 1 kilo and 2 kilos is £5.00.
On
shipments with a value over £80.00, our postage and packing charge is £6.00.
This includes full insurance and is sent by special delivery (Previously known
as Registered). If a client prefers
Special Delivery on any order, which offers a signed for service, this may be
requested on payment of the £6.00 charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our normal
Insured airmail overseas postage and packing charge is £8.50, which will cover
packets up to 500 grams in weight and £250 in value. If additional charges are
necessary (on heavier and/or higher value items) we will contact you.
On low
value/low weight packets (Under 200 grams and under £30 in value) we charge
£6.50 for the Insured International signed for service, and £3.00 for normal
Airmail post, but with this latter service clients must accept full
responsibility for any loss.
